Fiffy Fabrics
Yesterday I went to buy fabrics. This store run by and old man is closing so he’s selling out everything with a 75% discount. You can imagine an old store like that; they have lots of fabrics from the 70’s and 80’s. I find it hard to shop for fabrics cause there’s so much to choose from and I never know exactly what to make. This time I decided to take with me some of the ones I like. I’ll probably make use of it some day. Here’s a selection of what I got. I am especially happy with the buttons. I discovered that buttons aren’t cheap, but these were on 80’s prices with the discount on top!

For those of you in Oslo, I don’t remember the address, but it is right across Europris in Sagene. This week is the final week and then it will be gone…

I love going into a craft store and buying a whole bunch of stuff just so it can sit in my craft drawer. Earlier this winter a fabric’s store closed by me because they were opening a superstore closer to the city and I snagged about $40 worth of stuff for $5 bucks! It was crazy! They where selling the cash registers for $30 and I almost wanted to buy it just because it was so cheap. Happy crafting.

It’s so much fun things like that, Suzy. And it makes it easier to actually sew something cause when I get an idea I have what I need. :)
Thanks Tania, I’ll check it out! :)
