Romantic Jewelry

Buy some beads, fabric flowers and thread, and start making your own jewelry; it’s so easy you’ll wonder why you never did it before. Play around with scraps, tiny toys and anything you find lying around, and just like that you’ve got you own unique (and cheap!) accessories. Here are some of the ones I’ve made lately:

Jewelry1
For this necklace I used glass beads, fabric flowers and vaxed thread. A smart tip is to use a neadle to pull the knots tight into the beads; this way it looks better.

Jewelry2
These are made of hard plastic that I put scraps inside. To keep it together, either glue or sew.

Jewelry3
A variety of other designs.

  1. I like the 3rd bracelet looking thing! how do you do that? Mind teaching?

I’m a novice at DIY jewelry and I’m at the stage where I can make simple drop earrings. I still haven’t figured out how to use the fine wire. =/

  2. You mean the one with the fabric flower? Sure, I’ll put together a tutorial and post it as soon as I have it done! :)
